Contract execution

Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfillment.

Email newsletter

If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about products or services. You can opt out of these at any point and you can ask for personal data to stop being recorded at any time.

Cookies & monitoring

Our website operates on Squarespace where some cookies are essential for functionality. Some generalised data will be stored for the purposes of preventing cross-site request forgery, for shopping cart function, and for analytics. Cookies may also be necessary where social media users interact with our website or blog. Use of this site is taken as your consent for us to use these cookies. We do not collect data for any third party use. Payment information is processed securely via Stripe or Paypal.

Disclosure of personal data

We may disclose your personal data:
·       If we sell our business.
·       To agents and service providers.
·       In cases where we are required by law to pass on information or if we believe action is necessary for fraud, cyber crime or to protect the website, rights, personal safety of person/s. We may also disclose aggregate statistics about visitors to our website (customers and sales) in order to describe our services to prospective partners (advertisers, sponsors) and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will include no personally identifiable information.

We despatch orders within 3 days working. Most orders are despatched within 24 hours. We reserve the right to delay despatch by as much as 12 days in exceptional circumstances where we may be unable to complete despatch such as illness, injury, extreme weather conditions or postal strike action. In circumstances where we are unable to despatch within 3 days we will offer customers the opportunity to cancel for a full refund. 

Shipping is calculated at checkout by approximate weight and size of the parcel to be despatched. By completing checkout and payment customers are agreeing to accept item and shipping prices given.

In some circumstances we may upgrade customers to a Signed For or Tracked shipping option at our own cost without informing the customer directly.

Lucky Target Comics offers free tracked shipping for customers who meet certain minimum total purchase requirements. This only applies where we are realistically able to fulfil the order. Some locations are not considered deliverable or are subject to additional fees.

Where possible we will endeavour to find a service or method suitable. If we find we are not able to find an appropriate service we will contact the customer to try and agree a solution. If a solution cannot be agreed we may choose to cancel the order.

UK Customers

UK Customers must allow a minimum of 24 days for delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they give the correct address at check out. We will not accept responsibility for redelivery where the customer has failed to liaise with the postal service and an item has been returned to us.

International orders

We cannot send tracked parcels to PO Boxes or similar communal postal addresses. All International orders must include a secure address that all major courier service sites will acknowledge. All International orders must include a valid email address and phone number that will be acceptable to courier services.

International parcels are subject to delays caused by Customs within the recipient country. We do not accept responsibility for delivery delays on International Orders.

All countries have internal Customs Tax policy. We do not accept responsibility for any charges made by Customs to the recipient within the recipient country. Please check your own potential liability before making a purchase.

UK customers have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of fourteen working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. 

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.  

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. As collectibles are subject to condition, you must return the items in the exact condition received and in as near to the exact packaging they were sent in to ensure safe return.

You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract. 

If a customer wants to make a complaint or a return on the basis that an item does match the item description and condition, they must contact us via email within fourteen days. We will attempt to resolve any issue to the customer’s satisfaction. If necessary we will arrange for a return and refund.

Lucky Target Comics retains the copyright for such material, or, where we have used product images, artwork or logos for the purposes of sale or promotion as a retail site, the copyright is retained by the owners themselves. All trademarks appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks is forbidden unless written permission is obtained from the owner of the trademark.
