Boom! Studios was founded in 2005 and opted for a publishing model of four defined imprints. Boom! Studios regularly produces creator-driven comics, often but not exclusively, as limited series. They also have two major licensed ongoing titles: WWE and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Boom! Box aims to be experimental and fun and very loosely appears to target a young adult readership. Kaboom! is the All Ages imprint. Archaia was bought by Boom! Studios in 2013 and became the fourth imprint.
